Interested in the magic of personality and what makes you unique?
You’ve come to the right place. Hey Personality! will help you discover the magic of personality and show you how to understand yourself and others in a simple and fun way!

Isn't personality theory quite complicated though?
Well…it can be. There are many different personality theories around, some have gained a lot of popularity, like the Myers Briggs version.
If you want to learn about personality in depth, Meyers Briggs is amazingly detailed.
If however, you don’t have the time (or inclination) to delve into the realm of “introverted intuition” and “extroverted sensing” and the like, you’re in the right place!
This is why Hey Personality exists, to explore with you an amazingly accurate, but less complicated way of understanding personality.

Here, you'll find the information you've been looking for, if you've ever wondered about the following questions:
- “How can find out my personality type?”
- “What is a quick and easy way to understand how personalities work?”
- “When I know what my personality type is, what can I do with it?”
- “How can I know what personalities my family and friends have?”
- “How can I improve my relationships and understand people better?”
- “How will I know what careers are better for me?”

Hi, I’m Natalie, Natz for short!
The start of it all...
My interest in people, empathetic nature, and intuition, led me to become the unofficial counselor and sounding block for all my friends.
When it was time to choose a field of study, I headed off to university and completed a degree in Organizational and Social Psychology. I also completed a counseling course and am busy with a Life Coaching certification.
I am constantly reading about personality theory, application and psychology, and especially the indicators of human behavior, and yes, I am still watching people:)
What I do with my knowledge of personality
I have run many workshops on the 4 Temperament Types of personality, as I have found that this is the easiest personality typology for inexperienced people to understand. It is also amazingly accurate and so much fun!
The workshops have included a group of Human Resources professionals and recruiters, a group of high school teachers, and even a group of teenage girls in a ministry group.
I’ve spoken and presented at a women’s conference where everyone had great fun and came out of the session knowing the difference between Sanguine, Choleric, Melancholy and Phlegmatic personalities, what their own personality was, and those of all their friends!
Personally, I’ve used my knowledge of personality in various real-life and work situations to predict likely behavior of individuals and their suitability for various jobs. I’ve been able to put together successful project teams at a large bank where everyone worked in harmony together ensuring successful projects! What a win:)
The only downside?
When I meet new people, and they learn about my passion for personalities and Psychology, they tend to look at me strangely, and I get the impression that they’re thinking, “Oh wow, I wonder if this woman can tell what I’m thinking…?”
Nope, I’m not actually a mind-reader, but I do have uncanny intuition and I am very good at picking up cues of how people are feeling inside when sometimes they don’t know it themselves! This is both a blessing and a curse! Some people are a little wary of me, but I am able to really help others which is unquestionably my greatest delight in life.
